We accept most photos but avoid dark and blurry photos. Higher quality would be better to use. All sizes are mentioned in the photo gallery of the product. If you are having a problem uploading the photo, you can contact us via email: [email protected] or +1 (647) 917-0436.

Figures (people, animals, and inanimate objects) are the total number of faces present in a picture. We provide some faces free in each crystal, but if your photo includes any extra face(figure), $10 will be charged for each face.

Example: Let suppose you choose a medium-size crystal in which only two faces are free, and your photo includes the three faces. In this case, you get charged $10 for the extra face.

We always prefer that our customers get their order between 1-7 days and we offer low cost shipping on all orders.

If you want to cancel your order and your cancellation request comes within the first 10 minutes of placing your order, you will get a full 100% refund. If you cancel after 10 minutes, it means our artist has been assigned the project and as such you will be charged $25 as a cancellation fee to cover our costs.

If the crystal has been produced but hasn’t shipped out yet and you cancel, you will receive a 50% refund. If you want to change your photo, the cost to re-assign your project with a new image is $25 provided your crystal has not been laser etched yet. Due to the custom nature of our product, once your item has been shipped it is not refundable.

Considering all of our products are custom made please understand we incur costs as soon as we start working on your project and therefore are firm on the above cancellation / photo change / refund policy.
